Customer Support Specialist with Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/Finnish


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the internal delivery processes with English and Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/Finnish language;
• Assist in the resolution of different queries;
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support;
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.


Requirements:

• Proficiency in Swedish/Danish/Norwegian or Finnish language;
• Fluent level of English;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced computer literacy.
