We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the team of our client on the position of Quality Assurance Specialist who will act as a liaison between Shared Services Manager, Quality Team Leader, Operational Team Leaders and agents in a contact centre. The selected candidate will be responsible to monitor team projects results, and the quality of delivered service.


Main tasks:
- Ensure compliance to quality standards and to quality processes;
- Analyze data, identify issues and participate in problem resolution;
- Participate in calls on customer satisfaction with the client;
- Provide reporting on Compliance of standards.

The successful candidates should have:
- At least 1 year experience in Analytical role;
- Fluency in French (preferably Canadian) and very good level of English language knowledge;
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills;
- Motivation and to be self driven;
- Ability to configure and modify connections to various Data Sources.


Working hours are defined according clients’ needs. Our client is working 24/7.
