We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the team of our client. The selected candidate will be responsible to effectively develop and deliver training materials and to follow-up their proper implementation.

Providing induction programmes to develop agents’ soft skills, customer/client culture, systems and knowledge bases will be predominant part of Trainer's role. Main targets are to enhance customer experience to excellent levels, minimize or either eliminate culture gaps and develop key skills within a multilingual customer focused environment.

The right candidate would possess:
• Fluency in French language and very good knowledge in English;
• At least 1 year experience in a facilitation role;
• People oriented approach;
• Ability to understand and apply various teaching/learning methods.
• Ability to work with groups and to moderate them;
• Ability to set clear objectives, to build and learning tools and materials to meet those objectives;
• Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.

Working hours are defined according clients’ needs. Our client is working 24/7.
