Client Consultant with German or French

Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to customers via phone, e-mail, chat
• Understanding of technical troubleshooting is an advantage
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support

Requirements:
• Excellent German or French
• Very good level of English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
