Our partner “Parvi May AD” is a leading company in the processing of oilseeds in Bulgaria and an established leader on the market of grains and oilseeds. Their newest investment is the production plant of hulled sunflower seeds. The plant is the biggest and most modern of its kind in Europe!
For their modern plant, together we are looking for:

Chief Quality Manager

If you are an analytical, enthusiastic and communicative person, who has:

Proof of study (Bachelor degree) and/or work experience in the sector of quality management (food industry);
Knowledge about QM sytems as IFS, BRC, HACCP, Food Defence (not all are condition but at minimum IFS or BRC is condition);
Knowledge about agricultural products as raw material;
Good language skills in English language; preferred (but not a condition) with additional language skills e.g. German;
Ability and willingness to take responsibility and leadership.

The Chief Quality Manager within the team will be responsible for:

Management in all QM related activities in the company;
Leads the HACCP team and the laboratory team of the company;
Control of ingoing / outgoing goods (quality/specification/conformity);
Assurance that all processes in the production process are in line with HACCAP concept, IFS (and other) quality standards as well as EU and national legislation;
Preparation and execution of audit process e.g. IFS, BRC or customer specific;
Direct communication with customers in all aspects of quality and conformity;
Management of suppliers e.g. packaging in aspect of quality and conformity requirements and of customer claims (e.g. 8D Report)
Management and documentation of analysis process performed internal as well as external (third party);
Teaching employees and team members in all aspects of QM and hygiene
